| 2. | Facilitate the success of its member organizations through the sharing of best practices and professional information related to angel capital investment. |
| 3. | Serve as an advocate for angel investment by actively promoting an understanding of the importance of angel investment to the state's economic future. |
| 4. | Work in collaboration with the Florida Venture Forum to support the ongoing success of the Forum and specifically assist the Forum in the development of programs addressing angel investment in the state. |
| 5. | Work in collaboration with Enterprise Florida to develop statewide programs and initiatives to foster angel investment in the state. |
| 6. | Provide advice and assistance to individuals throughout the state seeking to establish angel investment organizations. |
